On Thursday, June 27th, 2013 Dunkin' Donuts Saudi Arabia opened a new branch in Riyadh at Rahmania District at the intersection of King Abdulla Road and Prince Turkey Road.
Dunkin Donuts Saudi Arabia aim's from this step is to expand its presence and stores across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is store number 300 in the Middle East region.
Chairman and CEO of Dunkin' Brands, Mr. Nigel Travis, was visiting the Middle East region together with Mr. John Varghese, the Regional Vice President of Dunkin' Brands for Middle East, South East Asia and Australia. Both of them together with Mr. Saud Al Athel , General Manager and Franchise Partner of Dunkin' Donuts Saudi Arabia, have opened this latest store in the region and Mr. Saud Malluh vice General Manager of Dunkin' Donuts Saudi Arabia.
It was a great event with the presence of all the directors, head departments and key personnel of Shahia Foods Limited Company – the Dunkin Donuts License in Saudi Arabia – as well as journalists, media representatives and additional public figures from the Saudi society and Dunkin' Donuts lovers.
Mr. Nigel Travis made a short speech and spoke with all attendees, and he expressed his happiness to visit Saudi Arabia again as he noticed the fast development for Dunkin' Donuts Saudi Arabia and the aggressive expansion plans they have, also added that Dunkin' Donuts is a leading company in the coffee business and is always keen to new ideas and products that suit all our customers in the market.
Mr. Travis also thanked the KSA team for their dedication and their continuous efforts to develop Dunkin' Donuts in Saudi.
